There are some really small and unintentional mistakes that have the power to alter things completely. Some mistakes miracles and some result blunders. Here are the tiny mistakes which changed History.
1. Sinking of Titanic was due to a missing key
When the Titanic was all set to sail, the company replaced the second officer David Blair with more experienced Charles Lightoller. The former officer forgot to give the key to the locker that had the binoculars. It was claimed that if they had binoculars, they could have seen the iceberg.
2. Spinach is a super food because of a misplaced decimal point
In 1870, a German scientist calculated the amount of iron in fruits and vegetables. He recorded the amount of iron in spinach was 3.5mg per 100 g but instead wrote 35mg per 100g. Since then it never changed, the myth continues.
