3. Comics
Before the age of smartphones and internet, kids and young adults used to pass their time reading comics. Every kid wanted the latest comic and sharing comics was an efficient way of socializing. Afterwards, countless hours of debates and alternate endings used to be discussed in groups. It was definitely a fun time for kids.

4. Boardgames and Rubik cube.
In those days, parents used to play board games with their kids and games like Monopoly were somewhat part of tradition growing up. 80’s was the decade when Rubik cubes made their blockbuster entry (although it was invented in 1974) and hooked the world over. There were competitions and championships specifically for Rubik cubes and the game established itself as a global phenomenon.
