Everyone’s heard of Microsoft. Everyone’s(almost) used a PC. Steve Jobs didn’t. Paul Allen and Bill Gates founded Microsoft on April 4, 1975, to develop and sell BASIC interpreters for the Altair 8800.
Although everyone’s aware of the products that Microsoft has to offer viz Windows, Office, Skype, Xbox, Bing, MSN etc. many aren’t aware of some lesser known trivia about it.

2. Art Meets Technology
MS is one of the biggest corporate art collector with its art museums home to more than 5,000 pieces of contemporary art like sculptures, works on paper, paintings, photos, multimedia, etc. This was before Snapchat filters of-course.
3. Profitability
Profitability of MS can be gauged from the fact that after going public in March 1986, its stock had split 9 times. This happens when the price of a share becomes too high. Cool Trivia, right Bill?
