9. Sleep without wearing Makeup:
The makeup powder and mascara which you wear on your face at times covers up the pores on your skin. It is advised that you wash your face before going to bed to keep your skin smooth and supple.
10.Wash your feet to remove all odour and smell:
Dipping your feet in a solution of black tea which is rich in tannic acid will help you to overcome the bad foot odor which is caused by the bacteria which might get accumulated due to wearing closed footwear.
