11. Black Water Transit (2009)
A crime drama film based on the novel of the same name by Carsten Stroud. It is directed by Tony Kaye controversial director of American History X which starred Laurence Fishburne and Karl Urban. The story of a shipping executive who gets caught up in a federal investigation centering on an illegal firearms dealer in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. The movie was completed but ran into financial trouble with plenty of lawsuits still continuing against the movie, and is doubtful whether it will never ever be released in theaters.

12. The Day The Clown Cried (1972)

An American drama film directed by and starring Jerry Lewis, about a circus clown who is imprisoned in a Nazi concentration camp. Jerry Lewis was reluctant to take on the role of the clown but agreed to star and direct the film. He considered doing something worthwhile by exposing the horrors of the Holocaust. The film fell into financial problems as Lewis was doing much of the financing, and also when Joan O’Brien, the film’s writer disagreed with changes that Lewis had made to the script lead to the film’s shelving. Whereas Lewis claims the film was an embarrassingly bad work, which he was ashamed of and is happy with its shelving, though it was completed.
