4. Sleep stress-free
A good sound sleep is extremely necessary for baby’s good health. Try not to over think or take any kind of stress before you go to sleep. Anyway, Stress is always hazardous!
1. Do not sleep on your back
Sleeping on your back must be totally avoided because it presses baby’s and mother’s organs. Well, you can neither sleep on your stomach, that’s something obvious!
2. Do not drink water 2 hours before sleeping
When you are pregnant, your bladder capacity depreciates due to which you can’t hold urine for long, this might interrupt your sound sleep. Hence avoid liquids two hours before sleeping.
