Jess said that she was not the first to do the “30-second transformation,” and indeed many other women on social media are showing how misleading online photos can be and how easy it is to fake body on Instagram.
She decided to be vulnerable and share so that other girls don’t feel alone in their own insecurities.
Pack said that the response to her picture is amazing and that it’s comforting to know she is not alone in sometimes feeling insecure by seeing these fitness models, about her body.
