Oh, did I mention, who got that prom dress to her? Well, that’s an important part! It was her friends who got this blue gown and she absolutely loved it.
In spite of being a little frail, she decided to wear it up and then went to the prom with the date of her dreams, making her day go amazing. She enjoyed each and every moment with much amaze and excitement.
Not caring about whether she was okay or not at that time, she just decided to enjoy the moment at her level best.
And it was soon after her prom on May 29 when she got admitted to the Boston children’s hospital, where she died on 2nd August. After this, four of her friends paid a tribute to her by wearing that gown to their own proms which are also named as “The Sisterhood of the traveling prom dress”.
