The tears of joy
Brad said that one of his favorite moments from that day was seeing the tears of joy that came from surprised patients as they accepted his special delivery. He was also happy to see how touched her wife was by this gesture. “I had no clue first of all that he was doing it,” Alissa Bousquet told ABC News. “He did so well. I was in such shock.”
Alissa’s fight is not over yet
Sure, the last chemotherapy session went successful but Alissa’s fight is not over as she has to face more surgery in future. Her husband hopes that she will be cancer-free before the end of the year.
Isn’t this a great story? Who would have thought that complete strangers and a husband who is already worried about his wife’s survival would be willing to lend a hand to someone they do not know.
