The truth is, we can’t control the way death wants us to greet. For some it is untimely, while for those who are lucky enough, it may wait until you complete a decade (or even more) on this planet. But there had been certain cases in which some people have experienced weird deaths.
What’s even more awful is an award, that is specially for some of the stupidest ways of dying, called the “Darwin Award”. And while we don’t know if any of the incident mentioned below has ever received a Darwin award, but what we do know, is that these are all weird deaths.
1. The Deadly Golf Stick
In 1944, Jeremy Brenno struck the bench with his golf stick in frustration. The shaft broke, and bounced back piercing his heart!
2. Robotic Killer
Robert Williams died in 1979. He used to work at Ford Moto Corps where a robot accidentally struck him directly in the head.
3. Over Confidence
While illustrating the visitors of downtown skyscraper a supposedly “unbreakable” window glass, Garry Hoy threw himself to the window. He fell down from the 24th floor.
4. Mishandling!
Brandon Lee was accidentally shot dead by his co-actor Michael Massee, by an improperly loaded prop gun.
5. The “Snakey” Misbelief.
A resident of Japan, Takuya began slithering on the floor one day, claiming he’s a snake. He died due to the bite wounds which were inflicted by his father. Reportedly, his father bit him, just to pull out the snake that was possessing him.
6. The Last Sleep!
In order to stop his snoring, Mark Gleeson went to sleep with the tampons on his nose. He died suffocating in his sleep.
7. The Flood Destruction!
When one of the storage tank exploded, a huge wave of molasses started rushing through the streets of Boston during 1919. 21 people were killed and the incident extended injured count to 150.
8. Self-destruction!
The mayor of Braunau, Austria, Hans Stringer died in 1967 when he accidentally tripped over his own beard. It was 4.5 feet long at the time.
9. The evil scarf!
Isadora Duncan was a famous dancer, who died in a tragic event in 1927. It happened when she was travelling in a car, and her unnecessarily long scarf wrapped around the wheel. It broke her neck.
10. The Revenge!
Edward Archbold of West Palm Beach, Florida died in 2012 during a cockroach eating competition. The official reason for death came out to be choking due to arthropod body parts.
11. Karma.
In 1982, David Grundman went to Lake Pleasant, Arizona where he was shooting at cacti. He took a shot at a larger cactus, it’s arm fell down, and brutally crushed him.
12. When destiny is cruel!
After she was wrongly pronounced dead, Fagilyu woke up at her own funeral. She opened the coffin and having witnessed what was going around, she suffered another heart attack and died.
This series of weird deaths, is surely terrifying.
