9. Supporting
When things don’t go as planned then the outcome is bad mood and uncomfortableness. So, support your partner when they are moving through some challenges. Just because something is hard and uncomfortable, does not mean it is necessarily bad or wrong. Often our greatest challenges are ripe growth opportunities. Try and be compassionate and empathetic or just listening is the most supportive thing we could do.
10. Celebrating
Try and make agreements instead of having expectations. Do some things to take the pressure off, one needs to be realistic and accept responsibility for their own happiness or unhappiness.Try to enjoy the instant gratification that comes with the romance. With acceptance, forgiveness, and understanding there will be no need to dance around issues. Plan a trip, travel somewhere and celebrate your togetherness.
