China has banned Justin Bieber, the popular pop singer due to his bad behavior on and off stage.
The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture said the ban was necessary to “purify” the country’s entertainment industry though they said that it would only be temporary.
The 23-year-old singer-songwriter, Justin Bieber has had run-ins with the law over alleged drag racing and drunk driving.
The Bureau wrote a statement in response to the fans demand a detailed explanation on the ban of the singer. The Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture wrote, “Justin Bieber is a gifted singer, but he is also a controversial young foreign singer. As far as we are concerned, he has engaged in a series of bad behavior, both in his social life and during a previous performance in China, which caused discontent among the public.”
This news really came as a blow for the fans of Justin Bieber in China. They were obviously hoping to see him perform during his world tour.
