13.Birthday Parties
Then: All you needed for a successful bash where you have food, cold drinks, paper plates, and Pin the Tail on the Donkey.
Now: If it doesn’t look like you can upload pictures of it and it’s fancy for people to talk about it, it’s unsuccessful.
14.Dressing Up
Then: We preferred clothes that are comfortable and covered ourselves nicely.
Now: The skirts are too short, the jeans are too tight, and there is way too much skin.
15.After School
Then: We rushed home from school so we could run around the garden and play with our friends.
Now: Children rush home now from school to do their extracurricular activities and finish all their homework.
These kids’ transformation seriously makes me sick and miss my childhood days badly. Life was so good and we didn’t have to worry about anything!
