According to you whatever you say, you’re doomed, and saying “Does it matter?” will just seal your fate.
Best Answer– Saying something like “I love being with you, you’re wonderful ,” would pacify her, of course saying yes would be better. But under no circumstances look like this-

Do not point out her physical attributes as the reason, firstly it would make you look like a douche bag and secondly it would turn out that it’s not how she wants to be described and she would find something to nag about.
