You are eating very specific foods in a very specific ways, you actually eat and can lose weight. This is very safe than other fast weight loss plans. 5. A note before starting
If you try this for 3 days, you have to opt for 4 days of a regular meal. I am not saying eat pizzas and burgers every day, but the regular healthy meal. This diet can be regulated only 3 times a month and not more than that.
6. Day 1
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast, 2 tbsp of peanut butter,1/2 a grapefruit and 1 cup of black coffee/tea without sugar
Lunch: 1 slice of toast, 1/2 cup of Tuna and 1 cup of black coffee or tea
Dinner: 1 cup of green beans, 3 oz of any meat, 1 small apple; 1 cup of vanilla ice-cream,1/2 a banana
