In Django Unchained, Leonardo DiCaprio accidentally slammed the table so hard that he broke a glass and was left with a cut on his palm. However, he continued with the scene. The improvised scene is included in the final take of the film.

An explosion was staged on a rubber boat near Elin Pelin in Bulgaria due to which a stuntman lost his life.

While shooting the water chamber escape scene, Isla Fisher was unable to set herself free and almost drowned. She was stuck deep in water for around 3 minutes.
