7. Using herbs.
Using herbs to prevent hair fall loss can be helpful too. For example using Indian Gooseberry is very effective. Boil some coconut oil and add dried Indian gooseberries into it and heat it. Let it boil until the colour gets dark. Once you’re done, take out the pieces of amla and apply the oil over your scalp thoroughly.
8. Avoid using tight or cheap rubber bands.
Cheap rubber bands are usually of a bad quality. Avoid using those. Along with that, tying your hair too tightly can cause hair breakage too.
9. Manage your stress level.
Sometimes, the root cause of your hair loss can be stress. You can do a lot of things to manage your stress levels such as meditation, working out and even breathing deeply.
