4.Honey and Aloe Vera
Take equal parts of organic honey and Aloe Vera juice. Mix well and apply it on the dark knees and elbows. Leave the mixture on the skin for 15-20 minutes and then wash it off with water. Use regularly for good results.
5.Vitamin E
Take 2-3 Vitamin E capsules and extract the oil from them. Massage the dark skin with the oil till the skin absorbs it completely. Use it every day as it moisturizes your skin and keeps it healthy.
6.Baking Soda
You can use baking soda with water or milk to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture on the dark skin areas and exfoliate in circular motions. Wash it off with water after massaging it for 3-4 minutes. Use it every day for few weeks and then you can reduce it to once a week when you start seeing results.
