5. Don’t toss and turn
While sleeping at night your body and muscles tend to relax that makes your sleeping experience comfortable. Therefore, if you move around you muscles mobilize and doesn’t let you sleep again.
6. Don’t drink a lot of water
Sleeping contributes in making your throat dry and it can only be satisfied by water. But it is suggested not to drink a lot of water as it will cause disturbance in sleeping and it might rise you up again to pee in the middle of the night.
7. Don’t daydream
Also, never let your mind distract you by daydreaming as it takes your brain to a new imaginative world. As a result of which your brain doesn’t cooperate in letting you sleep in rest of the night.
