Angel Shot is derived from the “Asking for Angela” campaign introduced by the Lincolnshire Rape Crisis with the motto of saving women from crimes like date rape and other harassment incidents.
ViaA woman would just have to ask for Angela(Pretending as if it’s a woman of her knowledge) to the bartender if she feels uncomfortable, uneasy due to someone.
And thus it going viral gave birth to the Angel Shot.
People love the Angel Shot
The Angel shot has been well received by people on social media who believe that it’s an incredible concept and appreciate the initiative taken for the safety of women.
