2. Practice your fears.
Analyze the situations that are bothering you. Visualize facing the fear and getting through it in detail. Then gradually practice doing something that makes you scared or nervous. The outcome won’t be as bad as how you imagine it out to be.

3. Accept the feeling.
Anxiety is natural & if you accept it as it is then it won’t bother you to that extent. Go through it in order to get past it.
4. Failures are a part of life & you need to realize that.
If it’s not a matter of life & death it isn’t that bad. Whatever you fear, whatever makes you nervous, you just have to face it & as a result you might fail but it will give you some perspective. Failure isn’t as bad as you think.
