Sharing your fears & troubles with the right people takes away a lot of the stress & scariness from your life. A partner, a friend or a family member, it can be anyone.
9. Distract yourself.
Listen to music, podcasts or audiobooks. You can also watch a movie or a TV series to distract you from the usual mental suffering.
10. Control your imagination.
Think about your future constructively or don’t think about it at all. Just realize the fact that negatively overthinking about something that makes you anxious won’t do anything remotely good.
