She is a big fan of Pullela Gopichand. Gopichand’s success in 2001 inspired her to enter badminton.
9. Both Her Parents Played Volleyball.
Sindhu’s parents, P.V. Ramana & P. Vijaya both were the professional Volleyball player. Her father was also conferred with Arjuna Award.
