This photo has the darkest of all dark stories to tell. This photo was taken by a serial killer called Robert Ben Rhoades right before he killed the 14-year-old Walters.
5. The Assassin.
Reynaldo Dagsa’s assassin was caught on camera as Dagsa’s took photos of his family. Dagsa was a politician in the Phillipenes. This photo was taken right before his assassination.
6. Death On A Conference.
Robert Budd Dwyer was a Republican state senator in Pennsylvania from 1971 until 1981. On January 22, 1987, Dwyer called a press conference in the state capital, and then shot himself in front of the gathering of reporters. This photo was taken just moments before he killed himself.
