Baldness is a nightmare for the men. 7 out of 10 men are suffering from hair loss problems. Many techniques are there in the market, but still, nothing has a permanent cure. Researchers in America has announced the cure for baldness. They said they could recreate the hair naturally by using the stem cells. The method allowed them to grow the lost hair in the mice skin using dermal papilla cells derived from human pluripotent stem cells. This process is done in the human body by collecting a small amount of blood. The process is presented in the annual meeting International Society for Stem Cell Research in Los Angeles.

Baldness is a severe problem for men. Men are facing this issue even before puberty.

There are treatments like steroid injections, creams, and oils, but nothing proved to be natural and giving a permanent cure.

Scientists have come up with a solution for hair loss by creating natural-looking hair by the use of stem cells.

Researchers claim this as a critical breakthrough in the development of stem cell-based hair repair therapies.

In this study, scientists have used a biodegradable “scaffold,” made of the same materials as the dissolvable stitches.

The scaffold helps in the controlling direction of hair growth and also helps the stem cells to integrate into the skin.

Till now, this therapy has been tested on rats, and now scientists are confident to apply the same to humans as the method is far more robust and controlled using an unlimited source of human stem cells.

Even though we have an endless supply of these cells in the blood, this therapy is still relatively costly with current techniques.

To reprogram this technique, it will be much more expensive than the current hair transplants, which cost anywhere between £1,000 and £30,000.
