7. It’s impossible to stay out late.
You have a definite time limit after which you should not technically stay out. And if you cross that, you are definitely into some bad company. No. Don’t even argue. And if you have some actual “late-night plans”, don’t even ask Mom. Because the answer will always be a straight no.
8. You had to steal snacks from your kitchen.
There are always some special snacks and sweets exclusively for guests that your Mom would do anything to hide from you. But you know that even if she says there’s nothing for you to eat, you could always sneak into the kitchen and steal those snacks behind her back. The irony though is you have to steal and eat because your Mom didn’t leave the second option.
