Botflies are sure to give you nightmares. Botfly is a parasite which is known to lay their eggs in human skin. The infection leaves nasty holes over the skin.
11. Island Of The Dolls.
Island Of The Dolls is major tourist attraction in Mexico. Nobody lives there and people bring dolls and hang them up on trees to appease the spirits that live there.
12. The Suicide Forest.
Located in Japan, it’s said about 100 people commit suicide here each year. Signs in both Japanese and English are posted in the forest urging people to seek help, including ‘Please consult with the police before you decide to die’.
