Though it would be great to have that younger body, I would certainly look forward to enjoying all the exciting moments what 40s has brought in front of us. It is really awesome to enter the 40s and enjoy life without feeling old. Age gives you confidence not only personally but also professionally. The street smartness can only be acquired after actually living in this environment for decades. Here are some things that you should avoid if you don’t wish to feel old.

1. Making plans to exercise

Well, this may sound weird at first glance but yes, you need to stop just planning to exercise. You need to start acting right away. There isn’t a lot of time left for planning.

Well, the damage done to your liver in the 40s is much more than 30s. As you get older, cell turnover slows down and the entire process of filtering out the bad stuff slows to a crawl. You can still drink in limited quantities. However, drinking in excess is a big no-no.

Do not wear oversized pants that do not stay on your waist or a tight shirt that is on the verge of popping out. If that is the case, you should contact your tailor.
