3.DIY Foot Bath
You can prepare your own detox foot bath rather that getting it from the market. You just need to get a herb packet that’s especially for the process of foot detoxification. You can even use dried hot pepper, tea, ginger, dried citrus fruit peels or garlic. Tea can also eliminate the bad odor and flush them out that are caused by toxins. Mix the herb or the ingredient in warm water and soak your foot in it for 20-25 minutes.
4.DIY Detox Foot Bath
Dissolve the Epsom salt in really hot, but not boiling water in a foot tub. Mix the bentonite clay and the apple cider vinegar to make a smooth paste. Apply over feet and ankles and let sit for 10 minutes until it starts to dry and crack. Place foot in the water and soak for 15 minutes. The clay will slowly dissolve and fall off. Use a brush to remove any remaining clay and dead skin. Rinse and pat dry.
