Kim Jong, the dictator of North Korea has reportedly banned people’s gatherings that involved singing or drinking. As per the reports, it is being said that this new measure is designed to increase control over the population and they hope that this move will suppress the impact of economic sanctions in the country. The sanctions are in retaliation for the ongoing development of nuclear devices and ballistic missiles in North Korea.

The intelligence team believes that banning people’s gathering will strengthen the control of outside information.
According to Yonhap News Agency, the ban is confirmed by the South Korean National Intelligence Service.
This ban comes right after the Pyongyang Beer Festival was called off.
The purpose of this ban hasn’t made so clear but it is believed that it could suggest a power struggle among Jong Un’s key aides.
Depending upon North Korean dictator Kim Jong, a nuclear test is possible anytime.
