11. Practice gratitude
Always be thankful for what you have. It increases happiness and gives life satisfaction. The best way to harness the positive power of gratitude is to keep a gratitude journal or list, where you actively write down exactly what you’re grateful for each day.
12. Spend your money on others
Haven’t you heard the phrase “the best way to cheer yourself up is try cheering someone else up”?. Money can buy happiness if you spend it in certain ways and when you buy things for others, friends or your siblings, it does make you happy.
