3. Take small sips
Big gulps don’t really quench your thirst but a small sip can do the work.
4. After having a meal?
According to ayurvedic tradition, you shouldn’t drink water right after having a meal. Fill 50% with food, 25% with water, and leave 25% empty.
5. Drink water while sitting
When you are sitting your kidney functions much better. It’s recommended to sit while drinking water.
