I am Asian and my wife is White. I find that our kids face a difficult time to identify themselves as Asian or White. When my son was in school and his mother visited him during lunch, he used to get annoyed. His friends used to tease him for having a White mother. Now when he is old enough, he is much interested in White culture than Asian.
