2. Don’t check your phone
Avoid using your phone in the middle of the night because mobile phones emit blue rays that send confusing signals. Furthermore, our brain processes those signals and rises itself because it makes it think that it is daytime.
3. Don’t check your clock
Time-check is one of the nightmares of our life. Since we are routine-freaks, a time check makes you count how many hours of sleep you can take before the rising time that creates restlessness in you. As a result of which you fail in relaxing your mind and end up getting fewer hours of sleep.
4. Don’t make your partner rise
First of all, don’t disturb your partner’s sleep in order to satisfy your needs. Don’t turn on the light or make noises at night because that will cause inconvenience. Furthermore, a company will make your brain feel active and you won’t be able to sleep again.
