Transportation has been made easier and comparatively cheaper than the local rates at most of the cities, internationally, by Uber, the international company, which provides vehicles on local cities for the modes of transportation, in the best way. The service is very trustworthy and often considered very safe. But there is an incident that may require you to have a second thought over what it might actually be. Here, we present a completely dissatisfactory reaction by a passenger, who used the service.
Taking an Uber ride in Las Vegas, things turned from bad to worse for this passenger, who later uploaded photos of a conversation with the company about the refund on Imgur. The photos of his conversation clearly show that even though the service is great for easy and quick trips to take around the city but it does seem quite easy for drivers to charge a cleaning fee on their word and a blurry photo or two.
The trip was from Las Vegas and turned a mess for this passenger in just a few minutes.
After receiving the receipt the passenger contacted customer service immediately to share his problems. 
And they replied in a way, which was actually very clearly a made up story. 
The conversation went this way between the passenger and the customer service and reached a dead end.
Here’s how it all went down from the view of the one who got cheated.
This is a serious issue that any of us can come across with or something similar.It’s widely used by most of us. The driver belonged to a criminal background, which was later found in a report that he was driving with a suspended license and had two warrants for his arrest. This and in his mentality was to extort money from the customers that had chosen to drive with him. He made up a story that the travelers urinated in the car for which he complained and charged the travelers, a cleaning fee because the cars are actually the property of the ones who drive it. Clearly, the passenger is being cheated by the drivers.
The reports say that the driver had himself urinated or used water to show that as made up and then filed a complain. The company must background check all of its drivers before appointing them into their services, as their background may cause issues to the customers like in this very case, which is a shame and an unexpected action shown by a big organization like Uber.
