10. Do not shampoo your hair everyday.
Shampooing everyday causes hair to lose its moisture making dry and prone to breaking or falling. Shampooing twice or thrice a week should be enough.

12. Make a braid before you sleep.
Leaving your hair just like that while sleeping can cause spilt ends. So, make sure you’re braiding it up loosely before you go to bed.
