10. Moisturizing cream

12. Tape your third and fourth toes together
This technique is quite simple and effective. Tape your third and fourth toes (counting from the big toe) together, you will feel much more comfortable in your pumps.

13. Give your feet a little break
Wearing shoes for a long time is never good for your feet. Remove it for at least 10-15 minutes or you can always keep a pair of comfortable flats and slippers at your desk. Let your legs relax.
