Friends are the best medicine for a broken heart. Socialising helps a lot. Party around or simply hang out with your group of friends or people you’re comfortable with. That would definitely help you get rid of that creepy ex of yours.
5. Don’t rush into another relationship just after your breakup.
Moving on usually is a time-lagging process. Do not get into a relationship just to get over your creepy ex. Do not do that at any cost. Take hings slowly and take one step at a time. Get into a relationship only when you are actually prepared for it. Don’t rush.
6. Delete their messages, voice-notes and picture that is saved in your phone.
You do not need them anymore. Re-reading old conversations or playing the same voice note over and over again damages you. So, clear those off because out of sight is equal to out of mind.
