Ingredients:

  • 4 limes
  • ginger according to taste
  • mint
  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • 1/2 glass of water
  • ice
  • some sugar

How to make it:

Squeeze the juice from the limes and then combine the sugar and 1/2 glass of water in a pan. Simmer it until the sugar melts. Grate the ginger and add it to the syrup. When it begins to boil, turn off the stove and wait for the syrup to cool down. Add the lime juice, sparkling water, and ice. Garnish the drink with slices of lime and mint.

Ingredients:

  • 1 liter of sparkling water
  • sugar according to taste
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1 large bell pepper
  • 1 lime
  • 3 lemons
  • mint or estragon leaves
  • ice

How to make it:

Slice the bell pepper and two cucumbers and sprinkle them with sugar an hour before cooking. Slice the last cucumber and one lemon. Zest the lime and squeeze the juice. Then squeeze the juice out of two lemons.

Put the mint in a pitcher. Add the lime zest and slices of lemon, cucumbers and bell pepper while they are still moist. Pour in the lime and lemon juices and the sparkling water. Add the crushed ice. Garnish the glasses for the drink with slices of lemon and cucumber.
