7. Day 2
Breakfast: 1 slice of toast, 1 egg cooked, 1/2 banana
Lunch: 1 cup of cottage cheese, hard-boiled egg, and 5 saltines crackers
Dinner: 2 hot dogs (without bun) cup of broccoli, 1/2 cup of carrots, 1/2 banana, 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream
8. Day 3
Breakfast: 5 saltine crackers, 1 slice of cheddar cheese and a small apple
Lunch: 1 hard-boiled egg (or cooked however you like) and 1 slice of toast
Dinner: 1 cup of tuna, 1/2 banana and 1 cup of vanilla ice cream
9. RESULTS
In most of the cases, people lost more than 6.5 pounds according to various internet polls. But, some people lost 3-5 pounds. On the positive note: It is better to lose 3 pounds than gain them. This diet also helped people control cravings even after the diet was over.
