4. Trouble falling asleep.
Many of us can relate to this category of sleeping problems. Not everyone can fall asleep after hitting the bed. Instead of tossing and turning in your bed, it is better to look for some scientific methods. Isn’t it? After all we need to fix such issues for the sake of our health.
Avoid consuming Caffeine in any of forms like Coffee, Chocolates, Black tea, energy drinks etc. at least 6 hours before you plan to sleep. Caffeine is undoubtedly the universal enemy of Sleep.

Some scientific methods suggest that right room temperature can help you fix this problem. Ideal room temperature for sleeping is 20-22°C.
Also, avoid using any gadgets and drinking alcohol before you sleep. Alcohol disturbs the water balance in your body which ultimately disturbs your sleep cycle.

Rare are the people on this earth who can wake up at a fixed time. Especially in this advanced 21st century where your life runs faster than the time. Well, there are no such scientific methods for these kind of sleeping problems but you can surely try some other alternatives.
Try setting your alarm for the same time everyday. I repeat, everyday! And yes, sleeping early will definitely tend to help you wake up on time.
