Try to be as optimistic as you can about things around you. If it is raining, think about the good it will do to the plants in your garden. Rather than focusing on the negative things, see and cherish the positives.
3. Get a good night’s sleep
A sufficient amount of sleep and a regular sleep-wake schedule would definitely lift up your mood the next morning when you wake up.
4. Play with your pets
Playing with dogs for just a few minutes releases some hormones like serotonin, prolactin, and oxytocin which make you feel good. Also, it lowers the level stress hormone cortisol.
5. Make yourself smile
